Job Overview:

LPL Financial Research is seeking a Content Production Analyst to join its Research department. The Research Experience Analyst supports the delivery of high-quality, branded investment content to a broad audience of advisors and the public. This role is responsible for executing content workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and maintaining brand standards across all published materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and collaborates effectively across teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will work closely with additional groups at LPL to ensure the department's market-facing messaging is published in a timely and consistent manner.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end content publication workflows, ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time. The individual will edit, proofread, and publish investment content in alignment with brand standards, compliance requirements, and established style guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice across all deliverables. They will coordinate closely with compliance teams to submit content for review and incorporate feedback, while guiding materials through multiple approval and publishing stages. Success in this role requires strong self-direction and initiative, with the ability to operate effectively with minimal guidance and drive work to completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of work without sacrificing quality, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners to support seamless content delivery and execution.

In this position, success is measured by the consistent delivery of high-quality, error-free content that meets both brand and regulatory standards, contributing to a cohesive and reliable client experience across all published materials. The role demands the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining effectiveness and focus when priorities shift and pivoting quickly without losing momentum. Additionally, the individual will play a key role in supporting continuous improvement of content workflows and execution processes, and in building strong, productive relationships across teams to enable efficient and effective delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end content publication workflows, ensuring timely delivery of materials
  • Edit and publish investment content in alignment with brand and compliance standards
  • Proofread and review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Apply established style guides and brand voice guidelines across all deliverables
  • Coordinate with compliance teams to submit content for review and incorporate feedback
  • Manage content through multiple approval and publishing stages
  • Handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support content delivery and execution

Core Competencies:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet established deadlines in a high-volume environment

About LPL Financial

LPL Financial is the largest organization of independent financial advisors in the United States. LPL Financial has main office locations in Boston, Charlotte, and San Diego. Approximately 2,900 employees support financial advisors; financial institutions; and technology, custody, and clearing service subscribers with enabling technology, comprehensive clearing and compliance services, practice management programs and training, and independent research. LPL Financial advisors help clients meet investment goals with a number of financial services, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and fee-based programs.
