Content Producer

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 / year

Description

The Content Producer plays a critical role in ensuring we're as agile as our channels require. The Content Producer must be organized, thoughtful in planning, and always has a backup plan for the backup plan. They are nimble problem solvers ready to pivot in a flash to capitalize on a new social trend. Content Producers oversee a variety of clients and content formats, tracking workflows and building a seamless process. It's all about the details and nothing gets missed.

You will work closely with a talented team of ideates and makers to help bring ideas to life. This role is crucial to successful content creation and best-in-class asset delivery to our clients. This role will play a part in implementing new creative production processes and managing those same workflows for a team of social media content creators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative production: create schedules, manage budgets, run pre-production meetings, and facilitate logistics, feedback, and communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Project manage the end-to-end process ensuring production assets make it to final delivery on time, within budget, and meet or exceed our creative expectations
  • Establish, lead and own all vendor sourcing, including talent and bidding processes, and partner with Creative Directors on location, prop, and equipment planning
  • Represent the agency as the knowledge hub with clear and timely communication while acting in a professional manner when working with partners, vendors, and clients
  • Collaborate with content creators to determine equipment, props, locations, vendors, and other additional resources as needed
  • Work in tandem with Client Success teams on production requirements and realistic timelines
  • Maintain updated status documentation for internal and external teams
  • Able to see opportunity in ambiguity and create processes that don't interfere with creating the best product
  • Ensure our creative and production resources are matched to the right opportunity at the right time
  • Prioritize solving problems, proactively identify solutions, and clearly communicate them to all parties involved
  • Advocate for social media and production best practices and process improvements throughout every project
  • Ensure correct asset delivery (sizes, specs, etc.) to appropriate parties such as clients, other agencies, and TSL internal teams


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 3+ years of experience in content, photo/video, or creative production
  • Proven ability to manage projects of all sizes: from large scale productions to quick-turn social content
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Resourceful, scrappy, and thrives on finding creative solutions with limited time or resources
  • Comfortable getting hands-on, including sourcing materials and building simple props, sets, and production solutions when needed
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative, strategy, account, and client teams
  • Experience creating production schedules, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and keeping projects on track
  • Familiarity with social media production and fast-paced content creation
  • Proficient in the Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and Slack
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus
