Full Job Description
Description

The Content Marketing Strategist transforms Stampli's priority go-to-market initiatives into engaging content that builds awareness, creates demand, and moves both prospects and customers toward valuable actions.

This execution-focused role on the Integrated Marketing team is for a multi-purpose marketer with a strong content foundation. To catalyze Stampli's marketing performance, you'll turn complex inputs into various forms of content for targeted audiences, business scenarios, and channels. You'll also bring new ideas forward, make reasoned decisions with clear direction, and help Stampli get more value from every useful source and asset. From intake and production through review, approval, and handoff, you'll build and refine the internal processes and systems that keep content flowing.

All of this work supports the goal of establishing Stampli as the intelligent Procure-to-Pay platform finance teams trust to connect their financial operations.

What You Will Do

  • Develop concepts and copy across approved campaign and content formats, including social posts, emails, blog posts, landing-page modules, sales materials, event assets, customer-marketing assets, and selected flagship content.
  • Turn approved product, customer, market, executive, video, and field inputs into content packages with a clear audience, message, proof, call to action, and channel job.
  • Repurpose content from anchor assets so strong ideas consistently travel across campaigns, web, social, email, field, customer, and sales surfaces without losing their point or proof.
  • Own content intake, the editorial calendar, production pipeline, version control, review routing, approval status, and final distribution.
  • Keep the sources, audience, message, call to action, ownership, and status visible across drafts and versions.
  • Use data-driven content performance, stakeholder feedback, and audience signals to improve future hooks, formats and offers.
  • Work within documented Marketing Ops systems and templates to quickly supplement content setup and distribution.
  • Partner with subject-matter specialists, web development, designers, video production, and cross-functional teams to facilitate the optimal flow of content creation.
  • Escalate decisions that would change strategy, product truth, claims, priorities, budget, scope, or another function's authority.
  • Build and improve AI-powered research, drafting, repurposing, and workflows to scale your efficiency and effectiveness while preserving clear oversight.

What You Will Bring

  • Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant marketing or content experience, plus a portfolio that shows strong short-form writing, concept development, and campaign execution.
  • A self-motivated, resourceful working style who can take a clear brief, test the right inputs, surface gaps early, and keep approved work moving without waiting for step-by-step direction.
  • Strong command of hooks, headlines, narrative structure, editing, and channel-specific copy. You know how to adapt the same idea without flattening every channel into the same asset or message.
  • The ability to translate complex source materials into clear content without overstating or oversimplifying the proof.
  • Experience turning specialist inputs and approved briefs into connected, reusable content packages across multiple channels and formats.
  • Strong editorial judgment, source discipline, claims awareness, QA habits, and version control developed through structured review and approval cycles.
  • Comfort making lightweight video edits and working in video platforms and basic editing tools (Vimeo, Riverside, Wistia, Premiere Pro).
  • Working fluency with design tools (Figma, Canva, Creative Cloud) to adapt approved templates and create standardized production-ready assets.
  • The ability to coordinate contributors such as designers, video partners, agencies, freelancers, and subject-matter experts while keeping deadlines, review paths, and handoffs clear.
  • Proactive use of AI-powered research, drafting, repurposing of content. You keep sources visible and apply human judgment where needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a company in finance, fintech, procurement, or ERP-adjacent.
  • Experience at AI-native or B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience creating content that supports product led growth, education, and engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, SEO, or content-performance tools. (HubSpot, Salesforce, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with AI-native content creation workflows and tools. (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay)
  • An ambitious attitude with a flexible mindset eager to elevate Stampli's marketing efforts.

You Will Get

  • The flexibility of working from our Downtown Mountain View, CA office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) + employer match
  • Access to cutting-edge AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, to enhance productivity, support innovation, and streamline daily workflows
  • Opportunities and development for career and personal growth
  • Strong and experienced leadership that supports your growth and success
  • An open-concept, modern workspace within an inclusive and dynamic scale-up culture

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-100,000 plus Equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
