NOTE: Salary 95K - 105K (OTE of 115K) / Location Hybrid in Alpharetta, GA (in office 2X week)

As Content Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, systems and execution of content, driving measurable pipeline impact. You will lead the development of an AI-enabled content engine that supports demand generation, product marketing and brand initiatives across the full buyer journey. This includes building the workflows, processes and standards that allow content to be produced faster, with higher quality and with direct alignment to revenue outcomes. Working closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams, you will ensure content is operationalized, distributed and continuously optimized based on performance data.This role reports to the Head of Global Revenue Marketing.

Performance Objectives:

Content Strategy
  • Evolve the global content strategy aligned to pipeline, revenue and category positioning
  • Translate business priorities and campaign briefs into clear content roadmaps
  • Ensure content strategy spans the full funnel, from awareness through conversion and expansion
  • Execute a zero-click content strategy that delivers value directly within channels (LinkedIn, email, search results), reducing reliance on clicks while increasing reach, engagement and brand authority

AI-Enabled Content Production System
  • Design and operationalize a scalable, AI-supported content production engine
  • Develop workflows, prompts and processes that transform content campaign briefs into high-quality, channel-ready content
  • Establish standards for content reuse, repurposing and modular content development
  • Improve production efficiency without compromising brand voice or quality

Content Execution
  • Own the editorial calendar and content library aligned to campaign priorities and business goals
  • Lead the creation and repurposing of high-impact content across formats (thought leadership, reports, campaigns, web, email, social)
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging and quality across all channels
  • Partner with internal SMEs and external resources to produce differentiated, credible content

Pipeline & Campaign Alignment
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Sales to develop content that drives pipeline and accelerates deals
  • Ensure all major campaigns are supported by content mapped to buyer journey stages and conversion goals
  • Align high-value offers (HVOs) and supporting content to measurable campaign outcomes
  • Support sales enablement with relevant, high-performing content assets

Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Define and measure KPIs for content performance continuously refining the content strategy based on the data
  • Track and report content's contribution to engagement, conversion and pipeline influence

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for content across marketing, sales and partner teams
  • Ensure content workflows are clearly defined, scalable and consistently executed
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve content execution

What Success Looks Like In The Role

In 30-Days You Will:
  • Build a deep understanding of our ICP, buyer's journey, product positioning and current campaign strategy
  • Audit existing content, performance, workflows and tools to identify gaps and inefficiencies
  • Establish relationships with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Contractors, SEO agency and SMEs
  • Take over a working editorial calendar aligned to current campaign priorities (shared cross-functionally)
  • Manage SEO/content agency including the relationship and outcomes associated with them
  • Identify initial opportunities to introduce AI into content workflows
  • Get plugged in to marketing tools: WordPress, Claude, Chat.GPT, Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery, etc.

In 6-Months You Will
  • Implement core AI-supported content workflows (brief to creation to distribution to optimization)
  • Measurably increase content production velocity while maintaining quality and brand consistency
  • Ensure all integrated campaigns are supported by content mapped to buyer journey stages
  • Demonstrate measurable contribution of content to pipeline (engagement, conversion and influenced pipeline)
  • Report monthly and quarterly on content performance and process optimizations
  • Operate independently in managing content strategy
  • Drive impression growth, AI traffic and conversions through SEO by optimizing content to be easily interpreted, surfaced and cited by AI-driven search and generative engines

In 12-Months You Will
  • Own a fully operational, scalable content engine that supports global campaign execution
  • Demonstrate consistent, measurable impact on pipeline generation and revenue progression
  • Influence campaign strategy, messaging and positioning based on content performance insights
  • Establish Profisee as a credible and differentiated voice in the market through thought leadership
  • Continuously improve efficiency and output through advanced use of AI and process optimization
  • Act as a strategic partner across marketing and sales in how content drives business outcomes
