Salary Range: $90,000-$91,200
What You'll Do- Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
- Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
- Gather the raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built.
- Determine what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency.
What You Bring- Active TS/SCI with a MD polygraph
- Experience supporting government or DoD programs
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.
- Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained.
- Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas:• CNO operational duties• Development of related training• Instruction of related training • Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.
- Certifications in areas relevant to the training content areas are desired.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting a DOD program
- Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
- Background in process improvement or analytical services
Compensation & BenefitsThe projected salary range for this position is
$90,000-$91,200, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
