Sr Content Designer Responsibilities:
  • UX writing for apps, web, and complex process screens
  • Supporting legacy redesigns and net new product launches
  • Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
  • Acting as on-call support for high priority content needs
  • Develop clear, engaging help articles, FAQs, tooltips, and educational materials for payments products to support user onboarding and activation.
  • Ensure content consistency by contributing to style guides, content patterns, and design standards.
  • Create reusable content components and identify opportunities for standardization across platforms.

Sr Content Designer Qualifications:
