Compensation: $76,000-$90,000.00

The Position:
The Senior Content & Communications Specialist leads Eclipse Automation's editorial and content strategy, shaping how the company tells its story and communicates its value. Working with teams across the business, you'll turn technical expertise and business priorities into clear, credible content that strengthens the brand and positions Eclipse as a leader in factory automation.
This is a hands-on role that moves from strategy to execution. You'll develop and manage content that supports pipeline growth and keeps employees informed, while maintaining a consistent Eclipse voice across external and internal channels.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and manage an integrated content and communications calendar aligned with Eclipse's business and marketing priorities
- Drive content strategy and development across the marketing funnel, from website, blog, and campaign content to case studies and sales enablement materials
- Plan and manage Eclipse's organic social media content, adapting stories and messaging across relevant channels
- Develop internal and executive communications, including the employee newsletter, digital screens, and engagement content
- Interview subject-matter experts and research industry trends, customer use cases, and market opportunities to create relevant and credible content
- Identify storytelling opportunities that showcase Eclipse's people, expertise, products, solutions, customers, and culture
- Own and maintain Eclipse's voice and tone guidelines and key messaging to support consistency across communications and marketing materials
- Apply SEO and AEO best practices to website and long-form content
- Manage projects from initial brief through writing, stakeholder review, approval, production, and publication
- Collaborate with design, video, and digital marketing specialists on creative requirements, production, and publishing
- Track content, communications, and social media performance and contribute to Marketing reporting
- Work and collaborate in a team environment, actively participating and engaging in group meetings
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B content marketing, corporate communications, public relations, copywriting, or a related role
- Strong writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills across long- and short-form content
- Experience using Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Monday.com, SharePoint, and other content creation, project management, and publishing tools
- Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices
- Working knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video production, with the ability to brief and collaborate with creative specialists
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the judgment to manage competing priorities, stakeholders, approvals, and deadlines
- Manufacturing, technology, engineering, or hardware industry experience is preferred
- Candidates will be asked to share a portfolio or relevant work samples during the interview process
