You will proactively identify the most relevant trends, conversations, and stories shaping our industry, and turn them into compelling content that matters to our audience.

Your work will shape how EvenUp shows up across the industry and how we communicate with customers, prospects, and the broader legal market. It will help drive the stories, conversations, and thought leadership that position EvenUp at the center of how AI is transforming personal injury law.2

You will report to the VP of Communications and work across Product Marketing, Product, Revenue Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to turn complex ideas into effective content.

What You9ll Do
  • Own the editorial calendar: Build, maintain, and execute a weekly and quarterly content calendar aligned to company priorities
  • Write and edit content: Produce and edit content across multiple formats and channels, including blogs, executive thought leadership, customer stories, product narratives, and company announcements
  • Translate complexity into compelling narratives: Turn complex AI, legal, and business topics into clear, engaging, and customer-focused content
  • Set and maintain editorial standards: Ensure all content meets high standards for accuracy, clarity, tone, structure, and consistency across channels
  • Conduct research: Independently research topics, validate claims, and synthesize information into clear narratives
  • Apply a customer-first lens: Ensure content addresses real customer questions, pain points, and industry trends
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work directly with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and executives to source stories and align messaging
  • Drive thought leadership: Help shape executive and company narratives that position EvenUp as a leader in AI and legal technology
  • Own narrative intelligence: Track industry trends, media coverage, customer conversations, and competitive positioning to identify where EvenUp should lead or proactively enter the conversation
  • Track performance: Monitor content performance and refine editorial strategy based on results and audience engagement
What We Look For
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content
  • Strong research, critical thinking, and editorial judgment
  • 8+ years of proven experience creating original content and identifying relevant stories, trends, and topics that matter to our audience
  • Experience building and managing editorial calendars tied to business and marketing goals
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on clarity, usefulness, and avoiding unnecessary jargon
  • High standards and strong attention to detail with consistently polished and accurate work
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally and partnering with senior leaders to shape clear, compelling messaging
  • Experience covering technology, AI, business strategy, innovation, or emerging industries
  • Working understanding of AI concepts and a strong interest in the space, with the ability to quickly learn and translate complexity into accessible narratives
