What You'll Do:
  • Lead and develop high-impact teams responsible for all consumer loan processing and funding
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and service delivery across multiple lending channels
  • Partner cross-functionally to strengthen member experience and support strategic growth

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to supervisors and processing teams
  • Oversee end-to-end loan processing operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Lead process improvements, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives

Starting salary is based on experience and qualifications and will likely not exceed mid-point of range to allow for development and future increases.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Preferred
  • High school diploma, Essential

Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in consumer lending operations experience in a financial institution, Essential
  • 3 years of experience in leadership, Essential

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Essential
  • Knowledge of LOS systems and lending platforms, Preferred

Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, Essential
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams, Essential
