Full Job Description
is seeking a Massachusetts-licensed litigation attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its Boston, MA office.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, dynamic team, defending national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing. An additional admission to the Rhode Island, New Hampshire or Connecticut Bar is strongly preferred.
  • Available for some in-person workdays at the Boston, MA office to foster collaboration and team engagement.
  • Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts and experience in mortgage litigation defense matters.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.

Estimated $140,000 to $180,000. The estimated salary range displayed is specifically for those applicants with 3-5 years of experience who will perform work in Boston, MA, if selected for the role, and does not apply to other locations. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary range, market data, applicant skills, relevant experience, degrees, or certifications.
