Position Summary
Consultants are an integral part of two or more project teams at a time comprised of staff, management, and leadership team members. Consultants will have exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, ranging from small biotech's to large pharma. Consultants develop their skills through extensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Essential Functions
- Prepare the team along all dimensions of engagement work in preparation for both internal and external interactions
- Conduct secondary research to inform initial hypotheses and eventual findings/recommendations
- Support the team from a therapeutic area / market dynamics knowledge leadership position, informing the team of environmental issues while having key resources on rapid recall as needed
- Conduct analyses involving sales value, volume, pricing, and other quantitative dimensions
- Prepare the team for all primary research interviews with KOLs, payers, and other knowledge authorities relevant to the engagement at hand
- Collate findings from primary research interviews in an organized, systematic fashion for easy review and interpretation by other team members
- Recruit relevant respondents for participation in primary research programs
- When appropriate and possible, conduct interviews with primary research respondents; and,
- Develop findings slides in PowerPoint that represent key learnings from primary and secondary research, as well as internal team analysis
Position Requirements
- Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred
Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in consulting, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry.

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $96k-$144k per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
