Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the organization's Vendavo pricing platform. Acting as a key bridge between Product Pricing, Product Costing, Pricing Execution, Pricing Analytics, IT, and other business stakeholders, the role ensures pricing system capabilities meet business needs, support pricing operations, and drive process efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities- Employ specialized expertise and understanding of Product Pricing and Execution concepts to execute the design and development of forward-thinking, scalable, and efficient solutions
- Evaluate and implements new innovative approaches using Generative AI and Agentic AI to deliver solutions that improve profitability and pricing capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business product owners and solution owners to enable advanced pricing analytics initiatives, including Vendavo Profit Analyzer (PA), Margin Bridge Analyzer (MBA), and Vendavo AI
- Drive requirements to advance Vendavo system capabilities and usability in alignment with business requirements, supporting SOURCE pricing and costing, overrides, pricing execution, and deal price guidance
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, third-party Vendavo team, and GTBS partners to ensure Vendavo solution and processes continue to meet operational objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings, including weekly calls, to review priorities, enhancement requests, project status, issue resolution, and operational performance
- Assist with testing, validation, deployment, and change management activities related to system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality
- Manage and maintain workflows, business rules, and process documentation to support evolving business needs and SOX control requirements
Qualifications- 8-12 years of experience, preferred
- Vendavo Software experience, preferred
- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field, preferred
Anticipated salary range: $94,900 - $135,600
