Responsibilities:- Performs operational, accounting, and consulting activities that include customer service support and problem resolution, accounts payable processing, expense report audit, and ongoing reporting and analysis
- Prepares polished deliverables for clients; ensures timely client deliverables
- Works collaboratively with clients to understand current business practices, identify opportunities for improvement, assist in defining new processes, and assist in developing updated policies and procedures
- Supports project start up activities, such as following project work plans, adhering to schedules, and attending kickoff meetings
- Reviews the work of self for accuracy
- Meets daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Serves as an integral member of our Fiscal Operations Advisory team
- Occasionally travels to client locations, firm training, or industry conferences
Qualifications:- Associate's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
- Experience in one or more of the following preferred: expense report audit, accounts payable processing, and/or financial accounting including account reconciliation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide first-class customer service via multiple communication methods (email, phone, chat, helpdesk ticket system, etc.)
- Critical thinker and creative problem-solver; outstanding time, organization, and project management skills
- Able to take direction, learn quickly, and work independently to meet project objectives
- Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
The pay rate range for this job position is $52,000 to $124,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
