Job Description:Epiq's Advisory team is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our team of legal operations experts in the role of Consultant/Senior Consultant. Epiq's Advisory group is well-known and recognized for our strong marketplace position, and we are looking for smart, resourceful and driven consultants in whom we can invest heavily to mentor and develop the future leaders of our profession.
The successful candidate will work directly with Epiq clients on a broad range of legal business, operational and performance management related projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for ensuring high quality consulting services and project management capabilities.
- Assist in solution development for client projects
- Execute implementations and perform business requirements analysis, including but not limited to project plan development, process mapping, data analysis, data interpretation, communication plans, and storytelling
- Synthesize multiple sources of information, apply conceptual models, recognize patterns and draw and defend conclusions
- Collaborate effectively across the project team
- Deliver tasks and workstreams on time through proactive communication and prompt escalation of issues
- Craft a presentation story line and create compelling visuals that demonstrate it.
- Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Big 4 Consulting or similar experience preferred
- 2+ years of legal operations consulting and/or legal technology implementation experience preferred
- Excellent project and deadline management skills
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and general purpose GenAI technologies
Physical Requirements Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
Business travel is infrequent but may be necessary based on internal need and/or client request, typically amounting to less than 10% of the role.

- Location-based market rate for the role
- Your abilities in relation to the job specification
- Performance during screening and interview
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
