Full Job Description
Consultant with expertise in NetSuite to join our Technology & Experience Practice at West Monroe. In this role, you will leverage your NetSuite knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that address our clients' unique business needs. You will play a critical role in client engagements, driving business process improvements, system implementations, and providing strategic guidance to ensure successful NetSuite deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Support client-facing NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with client goals and best practices.
  • Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other relevant areas based on client needs.
  • Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend NetSuite functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations for clients.
  • Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using NetSuite capabilities.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency.
  • Work closely with West Monroe's cross-functional teams (industry, technology, and project management) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their NetSuite needs.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
