TheConsultant, Creating Shared Value is a strategic role within GreenShield Cares,responsible for supporting the incubation, scale, and evaluation of a portfolioof partnerships and initiatives in one or more of GreenShield's strategic focusareas (essential medicine, mental health, chronic disease management). Theindividual will contribute to a culture of innovation and shared value creationwithin the organization. Reporting to the Director of Creating Shared Value,they will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to bring the organization'ssocial impact and business strategies together, to advance a sustainable socialmission that can grow the organization to become an even stronger force forgood.
CSV Developmentand Management (65%)- Collaborate with internal and external partners to adapt, co-create or develop new products and services that create value for GreenShield and society, ultimately scaling and integrating new products and services into enterprise technology and operations to address unmet health needs of equity-seeking communities.
StakeholderEngagement (15%)- Support stakeholder engagement by assisting with relationship management efforts with community leaders, non-profit organizations, and government entities. Collaborate with internal teams to help coordinate CSV initiatives.
ImpactMeasurement (10%)- Support impact measurement processes, including evaluation plans, to collect and report on impact metrics, expand impact storytelling as well as enhance enterprise capabilities to advance health equity and outcomes.
CSV and ESGIntegration (10%)- Assist with execution of strategic plans to embed CSV and integrate ESG across the enterprise and implementation of relevant tools, frameworks, policies, and processes.

Experience- A minimum of 3 years of consulting, program management or partnership experience in CSR, ESG, social impact, or a related field.
Education- A university degree, or equivalent, related to social impact, social enterprise, business or innovation.
Skills andabilities- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly motivated individual, with experience developing, managing, and growing partnerships.
- Ability to balance multiple projects, work in cross-functional teams, and work with ambiguity.
- Exceptional relationship builder with an aptitude for stakeholder engagement and partnership cultivation.
- Proficiency navigating complex and sensitive community partners.
- Strong understanding of shared value principles, operations, strategy development, program management, and innovation processes.
THENICE TO HAVES- Bilingual English & French is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in the insurance field is considered an asset.
- Previous experience scaling strategic initiatives is considered an asset.
