We're seeking someone to join our Trading Risk Controls (TRC) team as an Integration Engineer in the Algo Super Dept to manage the deployment of manage the configuration, implementation, and deployment of new TRC services and products.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
  • Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
  • Assume ownership of critical problems. Work closely with electronic trading desks & risk management to resolve address issues/concerns.
  • Acts as an advocate for change management, encourages innovation and creativity in technology solutions.
  • Assist with analysis, design to successful timely delivery of solutions.
  • Contribute to the Design, Development & Integration of TRC software & services for consumption by different Trading systems.
  • Assess, test, troubleshoot and help with ongoing software upgrades of TRC software & services with other Trading teams.
  • Work closely with the Trading systems and internal TRC development teams to continuously monitor and improve efficiency and reduce risk in the production trading environment.
  • Develop value added tooling/scripting/automation solutions leveraging best practices in software development, deployment, and architecture.
  • Perform integration and regression tests, organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and provide feedback to development teams.

Contribuer à la fonction par la réalisation de tâches et d’initiatives de projet complexes.
Interagir régulièrement avec les membres de l’équipe et, à l’occasion, avec les dirigeants sur une variété de sujets.
Prendre en charge des problèmes critiques. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de négociation électronique et de gestion des risques afin de résoudre les enjeux et préoccupations.
Agir comme promoteur du changement, en encourageant l’innovation et la créativité dans les solutions technologiques.
Participer à l’analyse et à la conception afin d’assurer la livraison réussie et ponctuelle des solutions.
Contribuer à la conception, au développement et à l’intégration des logiciels et services TRC destinés à être utilisés par différents systèmes de négociation.
Évaluer, tester, diagnostiquer les problèmes et contribuer aux mises à niveau continues des logiciels et services TRC en collaboration avec d’autres équipes de négociation.
Travailler étroitement avec les équipes responsables des systèmes de négociation et les équipes internes de développement TRC afin de surveiller et d’améliorer continuellement l’efficacité et de réduire les risques dans l’environnement de négociation en production.
Développer des outils, scripts et solutions d’automatisation à valeur ajoutée en appliquant les meilleures pratiques en matière de développement logiciel, de déploiement et d’architecture.
Réaliser des tests d’intégration et de régression, coordonner les essais d’acceptation par les utilisateurs (UAT) avec les utilisateurs finaux et fournir une rétroaction aux équipes de développement.

Ce que vous apporterez au rôle :

Capacité à analyser l’information, à la convertir en plans d’action et à présenter des synthèses aux parties prenantes.
Solide compréhension du secteur d’activité et de la discipline.
Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
Excellentes compétences sous Linux/Unix, y compris une solide maîtrise des langages de script (par exemple Python, bash/ksh ou équivalent).
Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite ainsi qu’en relations interpersonnelles. Les candidats doivent être à l’aise dans un environnement de salle des marchés.
