Your new role As our new Consultant, you will be part of the Northwest Air & Climate Team, which is part of Ramboll's Environment & Health Division. This group consists of people who are passionate about air quality and assisting Ramboll's clients with their most challenging problems. The Air Quality Planning Group consults with clients across various government agencies and industries on a range of topics, including but not limited to air pollutant emissions, air dispersion and chemistry. Your key responsibilities will be: Conducting emissions, meteorological, and air quality modeling/analysis studies using models that address a range of scales and complexity Performing statistical and geospatial analyses of emissions, meteorological, and air quality data Analyzing and reporting modeling results and other datasets to achieve project goals Contributing your technical skills on complex projects to provide creative solutions to our clients in a collaborative environment. Qualifications About you Candidates should have a B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Atmospheric or Environmental Science, or a closely related field with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and 2+ years of experience, or an M.S. in the same fields with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Candidate should have experience in air quality or related areas such as atmospheric chemistry, meteorology, emission processes, or satellite and remote sensing. Air quality coursework is a plus for both degrees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,134 to $100,167 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
