À titre de conseiller(ère), Accès au marché, économie de la santé et services-conseils, vous fournirez un soutien-conseil de grande qualité à des clients du secteur des sciences de la vie dans le cadre de divers mandats stratégiques. Les responsabilités vont de l’analyse et de la résolution de problèmes à la contribution à l’élaboration de solutions complexes et de recommandations destinées aux clients.

Vous vous joindrez à une équipe dynamique spécialisée en accès au marché, en économie de la santé, en services-conseils et en initiatives de génération de données probantes. En collaborant avec des consultants, des consultants principaux, des directeurs associés et des intervenants clients, vous contribuerez à des projets qui influencent la prise de décision en santé et soutiennent la réussite des stratégies d’accès aux produits.

Ce poste offre une exposition à un large éventail de projets et de domaines thérapeutiques, ainsi que des occasions de collaboration partout au Canada et avec des équipes mondiales situées en Amérique du Nord, en Europe et en Asie.


Le poste est offert selon un modèle de travail hybride, les membres de l’équipe se réunissant habituellement au bureau une fois par semaine afin de collaborer, d’apprendre les uns des autres et de renforcer les liens au sein de l’équipe.


Responsabilités principales

  • Participer à l’examen et à l’analyse des besoins des clients, des défis d’affaires et des occasions stratégiques, et contribuer à l’élaboration de solutions adaptées aux clients.
  • Contribuer à la préparation de la documentation détaillée des projets, notamment les protocoles d’étude, les plans d’analyse d’études et d’autres livrables destinés aux clients.
  • Sous supervision, réaliser des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives afin d’identifier les enjeux des clients et de soutenir des recommandations fondées sur des données probantes à l’aide d’ensembles de données complexes.
  • Participer à la conception, à l’élaboration et à la présentation de documents et de présentations adaptés aux besoins des clients et des parties prenantes.
  • Produire des livrables complets pour les clients conformément aux cadres et méthodologies établis.
  • Participer aux réunions avec les clients, documenter les discussions clés et les mesures à prendre, et soutenir les activités d’exécution des projets.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles internes et externes afin de réaliser des mandats-conseils de haute qualité.
  • Fournir des perspectives réfléchies, des recommandations et des analyses critiques pour soutenir les objectifs des clients.
  • Développer ses connaissances des méthodologies de consultation, de l’accès au marché, de l’économie de la santé et du secteur des sciences de la vie grâce à la réalisation de projets et à l’apprentissage continu.
  • Développer progressivement ses compétences en communication avec les clients et en gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Les responsabilités liées aux mandats sont attribuées et supervisées par les consultants principaux, les gestionnaires de mandat ou les directeurs principaux.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat requis.
  • De 3 à 5 années d’expérience professionnelle pertinente dans les domaines du conseil en sciences de la vie, du conseil pharmaceutique, du conseil en santé, des organismes gouvernementaux de santé, des organismes de réglementation, des politiques de santé, des affaires médicales, du milieu universitaire ou d’autres environnements connexes liés à la santé et aux sciences de la vie.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement et de façon collaborative avec les autres afin d’atteindre les objectifs de l’équipe.
  • Connaissance et compréhension des processus fondamentaux d’affaires, de leurs interactions et de l’influence des facteurs internes et externes sur la prise de décision.
  • Connaissance des méthodes, outils et techniques de consultation liés à son domaine d’expertise.
  • Connaissance des développements actuels et des tendances émergentes dans le secteur de la santé et des sciences de la vie.
  • Connaissance et compréhension des systèmes de santé, de l’environnement pharmaceutique et des enjeux liés à l’accès au marché.
  • Excellentes aptitudes analytiques, de réflexion critique et de résolution de problèmes.

Job Overview


As a Consultant, Market Access, Health Economics & Advisory Services, you will provide high-quality, timely consulting support to life sciences clients across a variety of strategic engagements. Assignments range from analysis and problem-solving to contributing to the development of complex client solutions and recommendations.


You will join a dynamic team focused on market access, health economics, advisory services, and evidence generation initiatives. Working alongside consultants, senior consultants, associate principals, and client stakeholders, you will contribute to projects that influence healthcare decision-making and support successful product access strategies


This role offers exposure to a broad range of project types and therapeutic areas, with opportunities to collaborate across Canada and with global teams in North America, Europe, and Asia.


The position follows a hybrid work model, with team members typically coming together in the office once per week to collaborate, learn from one another, and strengthen team connections.


Essential Functions


  • Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements, business challenges, and strategic opportunities and contributes to the development of client solutions.
  • Assists in the development of detailed project documentation, such as study protocols, study analysis plans, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Under supervision, performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and support evidence-based recommendations usingcomplex datasets.
  • Assists in the design, development, and delivery of presentations tailored to client and stakeholder needs.
  • Develops complete client deliverables within established frameworks and methodologies.
  • Participates in client meetings, records key discussions and action items, and supports project execution activities.
  • Collaborates with internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting engagements.
  • Provides thoughtful insights, recommendations, and critical analysis to support client objectives.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience within life sciences consulting, pharmaceutical consulting, healthcare consulting, government healthcare agencies, regulatory organizations, health policy, medical affairs, academia, or related healthcare and life sciences environments.
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external and internal influences on decision-making.
  • Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques related to one's functional area.
  • Knowledge of current developments and emerging trends within the healthcare and life sciences industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical, and market access landscapes.
