Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in computer technology or a related discipline. • 5 years of progressive experience in a related field. • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely. • Intermediate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work and delegate simple tasks. • Results-oriented and able to drive deadlines. • Knowledge of change management methodologies an asset. • Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
