5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role
Familiarity with OSHA and EM-385 Safety Guidelines
Active USACE CQM Certification & OSHA 30 Hour preferred
Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines
In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lead and inspire teams
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
