We have new projects starting and we are seeking Superintendents with expertise in hospitality or multifamily projects to join our team.
The Project Superintendent collaborates closely with the project management team to craft and execute a comprehensive plan for project completion. Responsibilities span:
- Identifying lead times, potential challenges, and safety considerations,
- Ensuring compliance with jobsite protocols and safety standards, and
- Coordinating effectively with stakeholders such as owners, architects, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors.
Requirements:- Based in Southern California.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with a general contractor.
- A keen eye for quality.
- Stellar safety record.
- Hospitality, high density multi-family unit, or commercial project background.

We offer a generous salary package including base salary, bonus, auto allowance, and fuel reimbursement. The salary range for this position, depending on experience, is $93,500 to $165,000.
