We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects throughout the greater Southern California Regions. This is an opportunity to join a growing, employee-owned company (ESOP) where you'll manage ground-up and tenant improvement projects while working alongside experienced Project Managers and field teams.

Job Summary

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and serve as the key point of contact on-site.

While our corporate office is based in Scottsdale, AZ, this role is focused on Southern California projects and is supported by our local office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily field operations and jobsite execution
  • Manage and maintain the construction schedule
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel
  • Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
  • Lead jobsite safety and maintain OSHA compliance
  • Conduct inspections and coordinate with local municipalities
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Lead project meetings and communicate with project stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Oversee punch list and project closeout processes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships


Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 + years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction ( Hospitality/Hotel experience a plus)
  • Experience working for a general contractor
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction (preferred)
  • Experience with large site work projects (a plus)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Procore
