Description

Responsibilities
• Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-end luxury residential projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners - maintaining clear communication and accountability across all phases of construction
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and finish schedules to ensure precise execution of complex, detail-driven designs
• Conduct daily site inspections to enforce safety compliance, quality control, and alignment with luxury finish expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact between ownership, project managers, architects, and design teams - providing professional, client-facing communication throughout the build
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues, submittals, and RFIs to keep projects on track without compromising craftsmanship or client experience

Qualifications
• 10+ years of construction field experience with a demonstrated focus on high-end luxury residential projects
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings, specifications, and finish schedules
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
• Deep knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and OSHA safety requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of delivering projects that meet premium quality and craftsmanship standards
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) and strong written and verbal communication skills
