The Site Supervisor is the point person on the jobsite, managing and directing tasks of all crew members and subcontractors on site to ensure efficiency and productivity. The role of the Site Supervisor is to provide on-site support to ensure that the project is executed in line with the agreed schedule and budget. The Site Supervisor needs to have a high level of carpentry skills along with the managerial skills to actively manage and supervise all jobsite crew members, including subcontractors.
Qualifications- A minimum of 10 years residential carpentry experience.
- An active Driver's License and daily access to a vehicle for commuting.

Compensation range$38-65/hr depending on experience.
LocationWe have offices in Boston, Sherborn and South Dartmouth and we work on projects throughout Greater Boston and the South Coast. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work with daily access to a vehicle.
