Full Job Description
Pike Construction Services is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to work out of Syracuse, NY. This position will require someone who has that entrepreneurial drive and is willing to continue to grow a segment within our overall business.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects as well as being the key person in developing and growing our small works/Pike Facility Services (PFS) division in the Syracuse area.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have led multiple building construction projects successfully from start to finish.
  • be able to make connections and develop relationships with clients.
  • have prior experience pricing and bidding work for multiple projects.
  • be able to assemble and manage a team of superintendents and field personnel.
  • accountable for leading and overseeing the day-to-day management of several projects.

Education/Experience:

  • Candidates must have Bachelors' Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and/or minimum of 5 years' as a successful Project Manager II; or a minimum of 15 years' equivalent experience in the construction industry, required.
  • Lead Project Manager (PM) on multiple successful projects from start to finish, required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as construction software usage, contract documents and job documentation, required.
  • Understanding of Cost/Estimating, required.
  • Critical path method (CPM) project scheduling, preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
