JOB SUMMARYLeading the construction process efforts for assigned project(s) to ensure the success is aligned with the budget, schedule, and is constructible.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Requires the knowledge of electrical construction and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a five-year electrical apprentice program.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Three to five years' experience in a project management position in construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated financial analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office.
- Tactful and has professional demeanor, and ability to interact effectively with manager, employees, vendors, and others.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.

- Coordinate purchasing and sub-contracts.
- Production tracking.
- Quality control/quality assurance.
- Project cost control and billing.
- Project cost to complete/forecasting.
- Project change orders.
- Project closeout.
- Internal/external communication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
