Full Job Description
The Construction Sales Manager (CSM) reports to the Area Sales Director and has a set territory of customers within a geographic area. The CSM is responsible for all account management and revenue targets within their assigned customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive territory sales performance by managing distributor and end-user relationships in the Construction Sector.
  • Execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth goals.
  • Expand footprint in core PPE categories aligned to construction.
  • Be an expert on the competitive landscape.
  • Identify product gaps and opportunities for new products across all product lines related to Construction.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Effectively utilizes the CRM to manage their territory.
  • Partner closely with Product Sales Managers on key conversions.
  • Adhere to and manage administration of the Company's business policies.
  • Communicate field insights to Marketing and Product Teams.


CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
  • BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales
  • Experience in managing activities to meet objectives and goals.
  • Capable of independent work and building strong relationships.
