Construction Sales Engineer - Low/Medium Voltage SwitchgearPosition Overview The CSE- LMV will assume responsibility for a portfolio of Siemens' most strategic electrical contractor accounts in the Phoenix, Arizona market. This role requires a seasoned sales professional capable of managing complex customer relationships, driving project opportunities, and operating as a trusted advisor to contractors and end users alike.
The successful candidate will ideally come from an electrical manufacturing, distribution, or contractor background and possess strong knowledge of products such as switchboards, busway, medium-voltage switchgear, and related power distribution equipment.
This role will provide account management for three of the largest electrical contractor accounts in Phoenix, Arizona, all of which reside within the region's top contractor group. Siemens is looking to bring in a dedicated salesperson to take ownership of the portfolio and continue growing the business.
Given the strategic importance and revenue associated with these accounts, Siemens is looking for an experienced individual who can quickly establish credibility with customers.
Construction Sales Engineer - Low/Medium Voltage Switchgear This position will be remote/hybrid in the Phoenix, Arizona market. Role Description - Development and support of Distributors, Electrical Contractor opportunities with additional focus on achieving projects through area Construction Channel.
- Provide market presence and channel support in the fore-mentioned market service to achieve share growth.
- Fully utilize SieSales as the tool to develop and forecast contractor opportunities.
- Product support to include but not limited to; Panelboards, Switchboards, Medium Voltage gear, Lighting Panels, Low Voltage Switchgear, Busway, Motor Control Centers, Molded Case Circuit Breakers, IEC/NEMA Control, Safety Switches, and Residential Products.
- Building and maintaining a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline by uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads and managing existing customer base.
- Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Building long term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners and channel.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of sales experience with LV/MV power distribution product line (Switchboards/Busway/Medium Voltage Switchgear & Power Distribution Equipment)
- 10+ years selling electrical distribution products, including switchboards, busway, MV switchgear, or similar equipment
- 10+ years' proven B2B sales experience within Electrical manufacturers, distributors & Electrical contractors
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications: - BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Contractor PM/work experience.
- Experience in selling to local electrical contractors is a requirement.

The pay range for this position is $72,400 - $151,400 annually plus an uncapped commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
