The successful completion of these projects requires a solid background in managing the full lifecycle of public works or federal facility construction.

Required Education & Experience

  • Certifications (Preferred): Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

Core Responsibilities

    • Desired Background: Direct experience in federal procurement workflows is highly valuable, specifically a proven background in technical writing for SOWs and a strong grasp of construction cost-estimation methodologies required to generate accurate IGEs.
  • Post-Contract Award Support: Following contract award, the responsibilities of this role include supporting the Gov't COR (Contracting Officer's Representative) with all project management activities by monitoring construction contractor performance, monitoring schedule adherence, and ensuring strict quality control.
    • Desired Background: A background in government contract administration and construction management is ideal, particularly regarding tracking critical path schedules, evaluating contractor deliverables, and acting as a trusted technical advisor.
