Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction management, semiconductor manufacturing, or low-voltage electrical systems.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and contractors.
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage GLSS construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project budgets and review contractor bids.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and customer stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, fire, environmental, and building codes.
• Lead project meetings, inspections, and site walkthroughs.
• Maintain documentation, drawings, budgets, and closeout records.
• Support system testing and commissioning for project delivery.
