The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

A role in Construction means leading the execution of store and distribution center projects. From large program rollouts to unique special projects, or large ground-up construction, you’ll help manage the scope, schedule, and budget for all Target construction projects, including adhering to the project timeline, coordinating and overseeing the onsite construction process and turnover. You’ll keep all of the players and partners aligned with effective communication between vendors, general contractors, field leadership and project teams.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams as you develop and manage scopes, budgets and schedules and control the construction and fixture installation process for assigned projects to meet the established goals and objectives. By reviewing and analyzing contractor bids, you will make recommendations and approve subcontractor bids, conduct contract negotiations, review and approve changes to the contract and applications for payments, and close out all necessary contracts. You’ll conduct periodic meetings to monitor the activities and budgets of other departments that affect the projects. You will be responsible for project completion within approved budget, which includes obtaining, reviewing, and maintaining the budget input from other documents. In this role, ensuring Target quality control standards are being achieved on the each project is key.

    This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
