STOPS is committed to excellence through state-of-the-art live action training support - employing "Hollywood" style special effects, role players, props of all kinds, 3D targets, the re-locatable habitat unit (RHU), and the conversion of shipping containers to create immersive training environments that are the most unique in the industry.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager with prior military service to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of construction projects including costs, schedule, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing projects to be completed on time, within budget and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Duties:
• Define the project scope
• Create a construction estimate based on a material takeoff (MTO)
• Create and manage a construction project budget
• Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones
• Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery
• Manage construction materials, construction workers and equipment
• Allocate and manage resource logistics
• Create status reports for the project

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
• Strong management, leadership, budgeting and scheduling skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of proven experience in construction project management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• In-depth understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints and specs
• United States Citizen (to be able to get onto a military installiation)
• Prior military service is preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check to gain access to a military base
• Must be able to work extended hours and travel

Physical Conditions:

Required to walk, climb stairs, sit and stand for extended durations. Required to be able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 105,000 USD per year (STOPS)
