Construction Project Manager - Monterey, CARQ is currently seeking a qualified
Construction Project Manager to join our West Coast Field Operations group supporting military construction projects in
Monterey, California. This position oversees all phases of construction-from planning and preconstruction through project closeout-while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company Mission, Vision, and Values.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $130,000-$160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience may be considered
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience within the construction industry, including roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar positions
- Prior experience with Design-Build projects preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with construction software such as Primavera P3/P6, BIM platforms, Revit, and Viewpoint is advantageous
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30 certifications required or ability to obtain shortly after hire; STS certification is beneficial
- LEED Green Associate or LEED AP credentials are a plus
