Construction Project Manager - Jacksonville, FloridaProjects will be on active military installations in Jacksonville, Florida and the surrounding areas.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning and design through final delivery. This role ensures projects are executed in alignment with
RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
Local candidates are preferred; however, travel or relocation may be considered, as this is a fully on-site position. Due to the nature of the work on a military base, U.S. citizenship is required for all employees.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary Range: $110,000 - $170,000 annually

Education & Experience Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education and hands-on experience may be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project management or similar role
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, including roles such as Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent)
- Prior experience within the Design-Build environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
- Familiarity with industry software such as Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit is preferred
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training available if needed); STS certification is a plus
- LEED Green Associate (GA) or Accredited Professional (AP/AP+) credentials preferred
