As a
Construction Project Manager at

In this role, you are responsible for NVR community homebuilding projects, ensuring high-quality home construction and on-time completion. Your innate business sense and leadership skills will help you oversee a large team and uphold NVR's best-in-class reputation.
What you will be doing:- Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team
- Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees
- Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home
- Provide customers with an exceptional experience
- Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope
Qualified applicants have:- 3+ years of professional construction project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Current Driver's License
- Customer relations experience a plus
This position pays $85,000 - $90,000 per year, plus a per home bonus.
