Qualifications

• Solid understanding of scheduling, estimating, contract management, and cost control.
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software applications essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Physical ability to access various construction project areas.
• Willingness to travel 25%-35% for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work across various assigned contracts and projects.
• Evaluate and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Manage changing project priorities and handle associated stress effectively.
• Organize and track all aspects of projects to ensure smooth management operations.
• Communicate daily with superintendents and discuss overarching project goals with upper management.
• Prepare accurate and detailed payment applications for accounting purposes.
• Collect Daily Reports from inspectors and contractors, ensuring information is up to date.
• Draft necessary documents, including meeting minutes, as required by management.
• Promote safety compliance on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits to meet with stakeholders and assess project needs.
