Construction Project Manager

Salary: $75,000-$100,000 per year, based on experience, plus performance bonus opportunities

SERVPRO of Minnetonka/Team Clemente, one of Minnesota's leading fire and water restoration companies, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.

You will oversee residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish-coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, materials, budgets, and customer communication. Your leadership will help ensure every project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects involving water, fire, storm, mold, and other property damage
  • Oversee projects throughout the entire restoration and reconstruction lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and documentation
  • Coordinate and supervise internal crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Conduct regular job-site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and timely progress
  • Communicate regularly with customers and provide clear project updates
  • Address customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, profitability, and overall performance
  • Coordinate permits, inspections, design requirements, specialty materials, and equipment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and insurance professionals
  • Assist with restoration estimates and insurance claim negotiations when appropriate
  • Ensure work meets company standards, building codes, and safety requirements
  • Complete expense reports and maintain accurate project records
  • Participate in company meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and our customers

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience managing residential or commercial construction, reconstruction, or restoration projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Experience with water, fire, storm, or mold reconstruction is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing crews and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build productive relationships with customers, vendors, and trade partners
  • Understanding of insurance restoration processes is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and construction or restoration management software is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
