Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate project teams from project kickoff through closeout - Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk to ensure successful outcomes - Oversee project quality and deliver high-performing spaces for clients - Drive communication and collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams - Support and mentor team members throughout the construction process - Ensure safety standards and project commitments are consistently met Qualifications & Background: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience - Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects - Experience managing projects across multiple structural systems, including steel, wood, concrete, precast, and masonry - Experience managing larger, more complex commercial construction projects (typically $5-20 million) - Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills - Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities - Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and project demands - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus Interested?
