Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience in the construction industry (PM or APM).
  • Experience in utility scale renewable energy, heavy civil work, and/or underground utilities preferred.
  • Background in construction management or possession of PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, CAD, and Topcon GPS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute project scopes safely and accurately within contract specifications.
  • Engage in pre-project planning and project execution oversight.
  • Manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with various teams on-site at Bentonville, AR or Central Oregon offices.
  • Travel to project sites 25-50% of the time as needed.

Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
  • On-site at our office in either Bentonville, AR or at our office in Central Oregon with 25-50% travel to various project sites
  • Responsible for safe, efficient, and accurate execution of project scopes within contract specifications
  • Pre-project planning, project execution and oversight, stakeholder management
  • 2+ years of construction industry Project Management (PM, APM) experience
  • Preferred experience in utility scale renewable energy, heavy civil, and/or underground utilities
  • Preferred educational background in construction management or PMP certification

  • Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, CAD, Topcon GPS


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • Annual Salary: $125,000 - $200,000+ based on experience
