Whatyou’lldo:
The Construction Manager oversees construction budgets and projects throughout our portfolio.
Yourjobwillinclude:
Supervise the construction of site-set manufactured homes up to the point of being ready for sale.
Manage project budgets and resources.
Rehab the existing inventory of homes to ensure readiness for sale and/or rent.
Build relationships with managers to complete home construction projects in keeping with the company27s quality standards.
Supervise contractors.
Experience & skills you27ll need:
Bachelor27s degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of construction management experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.
Strong communications and leadership skills.
Ability to define problems relevant to accounting opportunities and needs, including data collection, analysis and drawing of valid conclusions.
Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:
Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant27s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
