Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Manage project risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports detailing progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
