Description
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Capex Exterior and Interior Renovation division in the Florida market. This role is responsible for managing renovation and construction projects from kickoff through completion while ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met. This is a hands-on, field-focused role that requires strong communication, organization, and construction project management experience. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple active exterior or interior renovation projects simultaneously and can effectively coordinate subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:- Manage full lifecycle of exterior and interior renovation projects from pre-construction through completion
- Oversee multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and labor across assigned projects
- Conduct site walks and field visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution
- Communicate project updates, timelines, delays, and issue resolution proactively with clients and internal leadership
- Review scopes of work, project documentation, and change orders as needed
- Collaborate with operations, estimating, and sales teams to ensure smooth project transitions and execution
- Track project costs and support profitability goals for assigned work
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards
- Support customer retention by delivering a high level of service and responsiveness
QUALIFICATIONS:- At least 4 years of project management experience in construction, exterior renovations, capital projects, or related industries
- Experience managing exterior renovation projects strongly preferred
- Multi-family renovation experience preferred
- Experience estimating and doing takeoffs for projects is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, field coordination, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage 6-10 active projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
- Proficient with email communication and general project documentation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between job sites

Salary Description
$85K - $100K per year + Bonus
