Job DescriptionHelp build the future of veterinary medicine.Alliance Animal Health is seeking an experienced veterinary Construction Project Manager (CPM) to assist with remodels, expansions, and de-novo projects across our Alliance Animal Health and Priority Pet Urgent Care platforms. What You'll Do:- Report to and support the senior Construction Manager with larger remodels, expansions and de novo deployments.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Coordinate contractors, utility companies, suppliers, and field personnel to support project completion.
- Review site plans, project specifications, permit requirements, and construction documents to support implementation activities.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct field visits and site inspections to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project requirements.
- Track project progress and communicate status updates, risks, delays, and issues to management.
- Track warranty issues after construction completion.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of veterinary construction coordination, field operations, or project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site layouts, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general project tracking tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project and customer sites.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Prior veterinary construction experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, and implementation.
- Experience coordinating contractors, utility providers, and architects.
- OSHA certification or familiarity with construction safety practices
