Full Job Description
Construction Project Manager
Location: North Phoenix, AZ| Schedule: Full-time
Role Overview
The Project Manager at All Things Metal is the central driver of each project, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing work from start to finish. This role blends technical expertise with strong leadership, requiring you to oversee budgets, schedules, drawings, safety, and client relationships while ensuring profitability and quality.

But this isn't just about spreadsheets and deadlines-it's about grit, teamwork, and character. In the steel industry, change is constant, so our PMs must think on their feet, adapt quickly, and lead with humility. We value people who don't shy away from challenges, who work under pressure with a "rhino dedication," and who know how to balance determination at work with family and life outside of it.

We connect with the type who strives to "work to live" instead of "live to work." You really do enjoy being around your team. But ultimately, you know when to put the tools down after a job well done and take care of yourself and your loved ones. And our community is made better because you do exactly that. If you're the type of leader who can motivate teams, hold others accountable, solve problems without ego, and still have the heart to put the tools down at the end of the day for quality family time, you'll fit right in here.
