- Base salary: $130,000-$160,000

Our client is a growing general contractor with
billions in secured work over the next 5 years-primarily focused on
large-scale industrial projects . They are seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage ground-up projects
- Oversee all phases of construction: estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and closeout
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Partner with Superintendents and field teams to maintain jobsite safety and quality
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
Required Experience: - 7+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Prior work with a General Contractor (GC) is required
- Strong background in PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings), Tilt-Wall, and Structural Steel
- Must be tech-savvy with strong project documentation and scheduling skills
- Experience in industrial, warehouse, or distribution builds is a plus
