Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee complex modular healthcare construction projects within a fast-paced design-build and prefabrication environment, with ownership spanning preconstruction, execution, scheduling, and operational coordination.

This role is ideal for a senior construction operator who can lead large-scale projects while navigating both field execution and high-level project strategy. The company is expanding rapidly across healthcare and institutional construction, creating long-term opportunity for experienced leaders who can operate beyond a traditional Project Manager role. Candidates with modular, prefabrication, manufacturing-integrated, or healthcare construction experience will align especially well.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple modular healthcare and institutional construction projects from planning through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives
  • Drive project execution across preconstruction, estimating support, procurement, manufacturing coordination, and field operations
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders across active project phases
  • Coordinate project schedules, manufacturing timelines, logistics, and installation sequencing within a modular construction environment
  • Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents to ensure alignment throughout execution
  • Manage project financials, forecasting, cost tracking, change orders, and operational reporting
  • Interface directly with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and leadership teams to resolve project challenges and maintain progress
  • Support estimating and preconstruction activities including pricing reviews, constructability analysis, and scope validation
  • Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to improve project delivery processes and scalability across future projects
  • Ensure project teams maintain strong communication, accountability, and execution standards across office, manufacturing, and field operations

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, or institutional construction projects
  • Experience operating in a senior-level project management, program management, or hybrid PM/preconstruction role required
  • Modular, prefabricated, or manufacturing-integrated construction experience strongly preferred
  • Healthcare construction experience preferred, though comparable complex project experience will be considered
  • Demonstrated experience owning projects from preconstruction through final delivery
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, estimating, budgeting, contracts, and project execution workflows
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Stable career history required; candidates with frequent short-term moves may not align with the long-term nature of this role

Benefits
  • Compensation flexibility for strong candidates
  • Full benefits package
  • PTO and retirement offerings
  • Long-term growth opportunity within an expanding organization
