Overview

The Second Shift Construction Program Manager will support ongoing backshift construction activities and ensure smooth continuity between firstand secondshift operations. This role focuses less on direct customer interaction and more on internal coordination, execution oversight, and driving schedule performance. The successful candidate will help manage construction support needs, monitor progress toward program objectives, and contribute to planning efforts that enable schedule gains across shifts.

Responsibilities
