What You'll Be Trusted to Do- Own and build Ernst Brothers' safety policies, procedures, and systems, from the ground up.
- Conduct jobsite inspections and coach field staff and trade partners on safe work practices.
- Monitor OSHA compliance, investigate incidents, and lead corrective action across every project.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Field Managers to keep safety part of daily operations, not an afterthought.
