Job Description

The Construction Materials Testing Team Leader will oversee all team operations for the West Central Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team, which includes employees based out of our Denver and Tempe, Arizona Field Offices.

As the CMT Team Leader, you will own and drive the teams' staff management, financial performance, project quality, and high level of client service. You will establish goals and objectives for the team, focus on employee development and mentoring, and oversee client service management and winning work with repeat clients. You will direct a team of a high-performing individuals and provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.

Travel between the two offices will be as needed.

Qualifications

  • Possesses strong communication, leadership, and management skills.
  • Have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Has successful experience in building and maintaining strong workloads.

  • Has a detailed understanding of how the firm operates as a consulting business, along with recognizing the significance of the role as a leader, committed to driving the organization towards success.

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.

Colorado Pay Range

$159,000-$228,000 USD
